“What do I want to look back at? What five big things did I accomplish at the age of 75?”
Next, throw away your potato chips (do it now or tonight when your get home),
bring your tv into the basement (do it now for at least four weeks or forty years),
call your friends or family.
Alternatively, take your running shoes and start running. Within the next 15 minutes.
Don’t hesitate. Do it now.
